To report a lost or stolen Gruver State Bank debit or ATM card:
Please call (806) 733-5061 Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After business hours, please go to "My Cards" on your Gruver State Bank Mobile Banking App and turn off the lost or stolen card. You can also login to your Internet Banking account and click on the link "Card Management" under your "Welcome, ..." message to turn your card off. If you do not have the Gruver State Bank Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking, please call (800) 264-4274.
To report lost or stolen checks:
Please call (806) 733-5061 or come by Gruver State Bank Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to issue a stop payment for the lost or stolen check.
If after normal banking hours, please call on the next business day.
If you think someone suspicious has obtained your account number:
